Law360, New York (January 12, 2010, 6:19 PM ET) -- Morrison & Foerster LLP has bolstered its offerings in Silicon Valley with a new partner for its corporate practice who joins the firm from Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP and specializes in the high-tech industry.
William W. Choe, who specializes in corporate and mergers and acquisitions matters, joined the firm as a partner in its Palo Alto, Calif., office on Monday.
Choe’s specialties include domestic and international M&A transactions, and he has counseled U.S. and Asian investors on domestic and cross-border deals.
