Law360, New York (January 29, 2010, 3:14 PM ET) -- Medical data company IMS Health Inc. has resolved two proposed stockholder class actions over its $5.2 billion leveraged buyout by investment firm TPG Capital LP and Canada-based pension manager CPP Investment Board.
In a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing Thursday, IMS said tit entered into a memorandum of understanding Wednesday with the plaintiffs in both suits, which were filed in the Superior Court of Connecticut, Judicial District of Stamford-Norwalk.
