Law360, New York (March 26, 2010, 6:12 PM ET) -- Sidley Austin LLP has tapped Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions partner Karen Dreyfus to join its Palo Alto, Calif., office next month.
Dreyfus will begin work at Sidley in April, a representative for the firm said Friday.
