Law360, New York (April 12, 2010, 5:53 PM ET) -- Proskauer Rose LLP has expanded its reach in the corporate finance field, adding partner Ron D. Franklin, formerly of Mayer Brown LLP, to its New York office.
Franklin, a 1993 graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, will represent a range of clients going through restructuring, refinancing, and mergers and acquisitions, as Proskauer continues to add to its corporate team.
A Los Angeles native, Franklin said he joined Proskauer for the opportunity it would afford his clients.
