Dinsmore Leads Lexmark In $280M Perceptive Deal

Law360, New York (May 21, 2010, 6:52 PM ET) -- Printer powerhouse and paper document specialist Lexmark International Inc. said Friday it was expanding into the paperless work flow realm, snapping up Perceptive Software Inc. in a $280 million cash transaction.
