Law360, New York (August 23, 2010, 4:44 PM ET) -- A state judge has ordered Air Products and Chemicals Inc. to produce communications the industrial gas company had with three individuals it is seeking to seat on rival Airgas Inc.'s board of directors in a hostile takeover bid.
Judge William B. Chandler III of the Delaware Court of Chancery on Friday partially granted Airgas' motion to compel, saying he would review the documents in his chambers before making any decision about whether they should be made public.
