Law360, New York (September 16, 2010, 3:07 PM ET) -- Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP has hauled in Baker & McKenzie LLP’s New York finance head and two partners who focus on asset-backed securitization deals to boost its banking and finance team.
