Law360, New York (October 06, 2010, 5:47 PM ET) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has slapped a former Dell Inc. administrative assistant and her broker husband with an insider trading lawsuit accusing them of exploiting nonpublic information they learned ahead of the announcement of Dell's $3.9 billion buyout offer for Perot Systems Corp. in 2009.
The SEC filed its complaint against Marleen Jantzen and her husband, registered representative John Jantzen, in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas on Tuesday.
