Law360, New York (October 11, 2010, 5:17 PM ET) -- A Delaware judge has ordered Airgas Inc. to honor a bylaw supported by Air Products and Chemicals Inc. that will move Airgas’ annual meeting to January 2011, paving the way for Air Products to gain control of the Airgas board and consummate a $5.5 billion hostile bid for its rival, while Airgas has already indicated its intention to appeal the ruling to the Delaware Supreme Court.
