SAP Seeks To Slash $1.3B Oracle IP Verdict

Law360, New York (February 24, 2011, 6:11 PM ET) -- European software company SAP AG on Wednesday sought to cut a $1.3 billion California jury verdict against it to no more than $408.7 million in a suit over its purchase of a company that allegedly infringed Oracle Corp.'s intellectual property.
