2nd Shareholder Suit Targets Duncan-Enterprise Deal

Law360, New York (March 14, 2011, 6:11 PM ET) -- Duncan Energy Partners LP is facing a second shareholder class action in Delaware seeking to prevent its majority owner, Enterprise Products Partners LP, from acquiring the portion of the company it does not already own in a $2.4 billion deal.

The acquisition is going through via an unfair process and provides unfair consideration to Enterprise, Sanjay Israni alleged in his complaint against Duncan, its directors and officers and Enterprise in the Delaware Chancery Court on Friday.
