Law360, New York (April 06, 2011, 12:21 PM ET) -- K&L Gates LLP is beefing up its New York office with two lateral hires with years of international experience in finance and corporate law, while also adding a transactional attorney to its Frankfurt, Germany, office.
Finance attorney Howard W. Goldwasser of Curtis Mallet-Prevost Colt & Mosle LLP and corporate lawyer Xavier Ruiz of Garrigues SLP, Spain's largest law firm, have joined K&L Gates, the firm said March 28.
