Law360, New York (July 15, 2011, 1:44 PM ET) -- Activist investor Carl C. Icahn has offered to buy Clorox Corp. for $10.2 billion, but says the company should go out and try to find a better deal, according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
