Law360, New York (August 26, 2011, 9:11 PM ET) -- Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP announced Friday it had hired former Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth corporate attorney Michael Flynn as a partner in its Orange County, Calif., office.
Flynn, who spent 20 years at Stradling Yocca, specializes in corporate mergers, acquisitions and capital market transactions.
"[The move] was really for my clients ... as well as for the clients and expanded practice I want to build on," Flynn said. "[It was] just, essentially, to be with a national firm with an international footprint."
