Law360, New York (November 04, 2011, 1:38 PM ET) -- Swedish personal care product manufacturer Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget has agreed to sell half of itself to Australian private equity firm Pacific Equity Partners for about $484 million in order to expand existing operations in the Australasia region, the companies announced Friday.
The transaction, which is subject to approval by the governments of Australian and New Zealand, is expected to close in the next two to three months, they said.
