Law360, New York (November 09, 2011, 6:00 PM ET) -- Middle-market private equity and mergers and acquisitions leader Thomas M. Cleary, formerly of SNR Denton, has joined Dykema Gossett PLLC as a partner in the firm's Los Angeles office, Dykema announced Tuesday.
The latest in a string of Los Angeles hires for Dykema, Cleary will cover venture capital and private equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, and public and private offerings of equity and debt securities for the firm's corporate finance practice group. He started Nov. 7.
