Law360, New York (December 09, 2011, 4:07 PM ET) -- A former Morrison & Foerster LLP partner specializing in cross-border transactions, private equity and securities has joined Covington & Burling LLP as a partner in the firm's London office, Covington announced Friday.
Kristian Wiggert will work in the firm's European corporate group, Covington said. He had been at Morrison & Foerster since 1995 and had worked as a partner in its London office since 2001.
