Law360, New York (January 03, 2012, 12:51 PM ET) -- Human resources giant Adecco Group kicked off the new year by adding Japanese staffing business VSN Inc. in a deal valued at €90 million ($116.8 million), Adecco announced Tuesday.
Zurich-based Adecco said that VSN would double its existing exposure to professional staffing services in Japan.
