Law360, New York (January 09, 2012, 3:01 PM ET) -- Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott LLC has lured federal taxation, real estate and mergers and acquisitions specialist Gary E. French from Keefer Wood Allen & Rahal LLP to join its Harrisburg, Pa., office, the firm announced Monday.
French officially made the move from Keefer's small-scale practice to Eckert's 300-plus-lawyer firm Jan. 3, bringing more than 34 years of experience advising clients in real estate, corporate governance, taxation, conversions, benefit plans and M&A to Eckert's Corporate and Business Counseling division.
