Law360, New York (March 01, 2012, 3:17 PM ET) -- Jones Day has added a former mergers and acquisitions and restructuring executive with the Nomura Group to its growing roster of attorneys in London, the firm announced Wednesday.
Matthew French officially joined Jones Day on Thursday as a restructuring partner, according the firm. Before joining Nomura, French was a restructuring executive with UBS AG and a partner with Lovells, which has since become Hogan Lovells, the firm said.
