Law360, New York (March 08, 2012, 8:23 PM ET) -- Winston & Strawn LLP has further expanded its growing New York office, adding a veteran Bryan Cave LLP partner with extensive cross-border experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate matters, Winston announced Tuesday.
Winston said the firm was happy to have Robert J. Rawn, who has been in the field for more than 20 years, as a partner in its corporate and securities practice, joining a number of new hires helping to increase the New York office's size and influence.
