Ex-Partner Goes After Troutman In $520M Malpractice Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (March 08, 2012, 9:51 PM ET) -- An ex-Troutman Sanders LLP partner who became embroiled in a series of lawsuits related to nursing home mergers he handled at the firm — including a deal allegedly designed to hide kickbacks — sued the firm Thursday for $520 million, alleging legal malpractice and breach of contract.
