Law360, New York (March 29, 2012, 3:47 PM ET) -- A coalition of trade groups and retail pharmacies lodged an antitrust suit Thursday in Pennsylvania federal court seeking to block the $29.1 billion merger of pharmacy benefit managers Express Scripts Inc. and Medco Health Solutions Inc., saying the deal would devastate community pharmacies nationwide.
