After Divestitures, DOJ OKs $200M Bus Co. Merger

Law360, New York (May 01, 2012, 6:33 PM ET) -- Bus company National Express Corp. has agreed to sell off several public school bus contracts in the states of Texas and Washington to allay antitrust concerns from the U.S. Department of Justice over the company's proposed $200 million purchase of rival Petermann Partners Inc., the DOJ said Monday.
