Law360, New York (May 02, 2012, 7:26 PM ET) -- Cross-border mergers and acquisitions attorney Henry Liu, formerly a partner with DLA Piper, has joined Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP as a partner in the firm's New York office, Pillsbury announced Tuesday.
Liu, a former general counsel at the China Securities Regulatory Commission, joined the firm on Tuesday and will work in Pillsbury's corporate and finance practice, the firm said.
