Law360, New York (May 08, 2012, 6:42 PM ET) -- A veteran corporate, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and securities partner who mainly advises publicly-traded companies and hedge funds has left Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP and joined Herrick Feinstein LLP as a partner in its New York office, Herrick Feinstein said Monday.
The firm said David A. Pentlow would work in the firm's corporate department. He was formerly a corporate partner in Katten Muchin's New York office.
Pentlow's last day at Katten Muchin was May 2. He joined Herrick the following day.
