Law360, New York (May 09, 2012, 3:54 PM ET) -- Squire Sanders has added four new partners to its Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong offices with corporate, mergers and acquisitions, private fund investment, and intellectual property experience, the firm said Tuesday.
It said two former Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP attorneys, partner Jenny Liu and special counsel Xudong Ni, had joined Squire Sanders as partners.
