Law360, New York (May 15, 2012, 3:46 PM ET) -- A veteran corporate mergers and acquisitions attorney who most recently spent two years working for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has joined Kelley Drye & Warren LLP as a partner in the firm's New York office, Kelley Drye said Tuesday.
Bruce R. Kraus will work in Kelley Drye's corporate group and advise on mergers and acquisitions, joint venture deals and other capital markets transactions, the firm said.
