Law360, New York (May 18, 2012, 2:03 PM ET) -- Australia-based bus and rail owner Stagecoach Group PLC, which operates in the U.K. and U.S., has acquired several of the U.S. business lines of bankrupt Dallas-based Coach America Inc. for more than $134 million, Stagecoach said Friday.
The international operator of several coach bus and rail lines, which has corporate headquarters in Perth, said it had acquired nine of Coach America's businesses, including its bus lines in California and Texas.
