Law360, New York (May 21, 2012, 5:36 PM ET) -- Texas law firm Wick Phillips Gould & Martin LLP has opened an office in Austin, Texas, led by mergers and acquisitions partner Shauna Martin, longtime transactional counsel for Austin-based international telecommunications firm Genband Inc., the firm said Monday.
Martin will be responsible for building Wick Phillips' practice in Central Texas and growing the firm's transactional and technology groups, said Wick Phillips, which is based in Dallas and has an office in Fort Worth.
