Law360, New York (May 22, 2012, 6:04 PM ET) -- Latham & Watkins LLP has added to its rapidly growing Houston energy practice with the hire of two Vinson & Elkins LLP mergers and acquisitions partners who advise energy companies and private equity firms, Latham said Monday.
Robin Fredrickson and Jeffrey Munoz, who were formerly in Vinson's Houston office, will work in Latham's corporate department, the firm said. They will provide midstream and upstream deal expertise for Latham's oil and gas clients.
