Major NYC Health Care Providers Mull Merger

Law360, New York (June 07, 2012, 4:07 PM ET) -- Two of the largest New York City hospital systems said Thursday they would discuss a potential merger, an announcement that raised concerns from patient advocates who fear the proposal could lead to fewer options for some patients as the local health care market consolidates.
