Lightyear Capital To Pay $335M For FIS Health Benefits Biz

Law360, New York (June 25, 2012, 11:56 AM ET) -- Payment processor Fidelity National Information Services Inc. will unload its health benefits solutions business in a $335 million sale to private equity firm Lightyear Capital LLC to focus more heavily on financial institutions, the processor, known as FIS, said Monday.

The all-cash deal is expected to close sometime during the third quarter, pending regulatory approval.
