Law360, New York (July 06, 2012, 9:02 PM ET) -- A New York state appeals court on Thursday tossed key claims in a $287 million suit involving the feuding co-founders of Arizona Iced Tea, finding that a state supreme court judge erred in refusing to dismiss breach of contract claims against co-founder John Ferolito in a dispute stemming from his efforts to sell his stake in the company.
