Ardagh To Pay $880M For Anchor Glass Ahead Of IPO Reboot

Law360, New York (July 17, 2012, 4:58 PM ET) -- Packaging maker Ardagh Group SA has agreed to buy Anchor Glass Container Corp. in an $880 million deal that will add to its U.S. holdings as the Luxembourg company eyes another try at listing itself on a New York exchange, the company said Tuesday.
