Repsol Pulls In $540M From Sale Of Chilean Natural Gas Unit

Law360, New York (July 19, 2012, 5:43 PM ET) -- Spanish energy firm Repsol SA will sell its Chilean natural gas unit to a consortium of Chilean investors led by Chilean fund manager LarrainVial SA for $540 million in cash, it said Thursday.
