Law360, New York (July 26, 2012, 4:16 PM ET) -- The Court of Appeal in London on Thursday upheld the U.K. Competition Commission’s 2009 ruling that BAA Airports Ltd. must sell its Stansted Airport over concerns about its market dominance, according to the commission.
Laura Carstensen, chairman of the BAA Remedies Implementation Group and a member of the commission’s team that investigated the company, said the commission was pleased that its decision won the support of the three-judge appeals panel.
