Law360, New York (July 26, 2012, 8:06 PM ET) -- Private equity firm Odyssey Investment Partners LLC announced Thursday that it has bought L-com Inc., a maker of Internet connectivity products, for an undisclosed sum.
North Andover, Mass.-based L-com is a leading provider of wired and wireless connectivity products, like Ethernet cables, Wi-Fi antenna, connectors, adapters and wireless routers, to original equipment manufacturers, system integrators and network installers. The connectivity market represents an estimated $2.5 billion in sales around the world each year, according to Odyssey.
