Cozen O'Connor Picks Up Loeb & Loeb M&A Chair

Law360, New York (August 07, 2012, 3:12 PM ET) -- Cozen O'Connor has bolstered its private equity, securities and bank finance team in New York with the addition of a former Loeb & Loeb LLP mergers and acquisitions chair, the firm announced Tuesday.

Andrew M. Ross started with Cozen O’Connor’s corporate practice group on Monday after a 27-year career at Loeb & Loeb, where he built a wide-ranging transactional practice that focused on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, venture capital, and bank financing.
