Law360, New York (August 16, 2012, 4:19 PM ET) -- A veteran corporate mergers and acquisitions attorney who was a founder and managing member at LaSasso Griesmeyer Law Group PLLC has joined Andrews Kurth LLP as a corporate partner in New York, Andrews Kurth said Wednesday.
Roger Griesmeyer previously worked at LaSasso Griesmeyer, a New York law firm that he co-founded in 2008. He joined Andrews Kurth on Wednesday after leaving LaSasso Griesmeyer on Tuesday.
