Law360, New York (September 14, 2012, 6:36 PM ET) -- Summit Midstream Partners LLC, a Dallas-based energy infrastructure company backed by General Electric Co., has acquired a natural gas processor from a subsidiary of Energy Transfer Partners LP for $207 million, Summit Midstream said Friday.
The Texas midstream energy company agreed to acquire ETC Canyon Pipeline LLC, which gathers and processes natural gas in Colorado and Utah, from La Grange Acquisition LP. La Grange is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dallas-based ETP.
