Law360, New York (February 06, 2013, 8:09 PM ET) -- Google Inc. has agreed to pay $125 million in cash for e-commerce company Channel Intelligence Inc., a unit of Pennsylvania-based Internet marketing giant ICG Group Inc., ICG said Wednesday.
ICG will snag some $61 million through the deal, in which the search engine giant will acquire a service used by big-name retailers including Target Corp., Koninklijke Philips Electronics NV and Best Buy Co.
