Law360, Miami (March 01, 2013, 7:24 PM ET) -- After backing out of a sale deal in 2011, Nevada-based Boyd Gaming Corp. on Thursday said it would sell the assets of Dania Jai-Alai in Dania Beach, Fla., to Dania Entertainment Center LLC for $65.5 million in cash.
Under the terms of the agreement, Dania Entertainment said it would dismiss with prejudice the lawsuit it filed in November 2011 after Boyd Gaming ended their initial deal to sell the facility, which includes a jai alai fronton and poker tables.
