NJ Appellate Court Nixes PokerStars Casino Bid

Law360, New York (July 02, 2013, 8:48 PM ET) -- New Jersey’s appellate court on Monday freed the owners of an Atlantic City, N.J., casino to secure a new buyer, rebuffing an appeal from online poker company PokerStars, which, despite investing $11 million, couldn’t stop the casino’s owners from backing out of a deal.
