Icahn Wants Quick Hearing On Dell

Law360, New York (August 05, 2013, 2:04 PM ET) -- Carl Icahn on Sunday asked a Delaware judge for a quick hearing on his efforts to block Dell Inc.'s board from delaying a shareholder vote on the company's $25 billion buyout, claiming the directors are abusing a "self-granted imperial status."
