Times Co. Closes Boston Globe Sale After Judge Lifts Order

Law360, Los Angeles (October 24, 2013, 8:08 PM ET) -- The New York Times Co.'s $70 million sale of The Boston Globe to Red Sox owner John Henry completed Thursday after a Massachusetts state judge lifted an injunction in a class action brought by newspaper carriers against Globe subsidiary the Worcester Telegram & Gazette Corp.
