MassMutual Owes Skadden Atty $2.5M Life Insurance Policy

Law360, New York (October 25, 2013, 6:24 PM ET) -- Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co. can't cancel a dead Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP corporate finance partner's $2.5 million life insurance policy just because it mistakenly sent the bills to Skadden's Times Square offices, a New York state judge ruled Thursday.
