Pfizer gave up on a $116 billion offer to AstraZeneca in late May, meaning that under U.K. laws, it can begin taking the first steps toward making a new bid starting next week, the report said. Pfizer has also been exploring other potential targets, including Actavis PLC but prefers to snag AstraZeneca if it can, according to the report....
