Law360, New York (September 18, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- Clashing with bankrupt Northwest Airlines over its right to strike, the union representing the carrier’s flight attendants has shot off an appeal to a federal judge’s decision to deter a potential strike.
The Association of Flight Attendants (AFA) lodged the appeal with the U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals on Friday, and will request an expedited decision, according to a union spokesperson.
