Judge Delays Sentencing Computer Associates Ex-CEO

Law360, New York (October 09, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has postponed the sentencing of Sanjay Kumar, the embattled former chief executive of Computer Associates International Inc. who pled guilty in April to obstruction of justice and securities fraud charges related to the company’s $2.2 billion accounting scandal.
